I'm a freelance tech specialist based in Corvallis, Oregon. I have experience across a range of devices and services, owing to a background in face-to-face IT work as a former Geek Squad agent, as well as an ongoing Computer Science education at Oregon State University.
I operate independently, offering pickup & drop-off service for tech repair. For simpler jobs, I also do in-home visits with more limited availability.

How it works
- Get in touch. Leave me a message on the callback line or email me with a rough description of what's going on. I'll get back to you to set up a time.
- I pick up your device from your home or a preferred location within the Corvallis area — included in the service cost if it's within 10 miles.
- I estimate before charging. I try to avoid surprise charges. I'll do my best to get you an accurate estimate of the work, and authorize any additional services with you over the phone as-needed before they're performed.
- I return the device when it's finished, walk you through what was done, and take payment (cash or digital transfers for the moment — card payments coming soon!).
