Before you write

A few things that'll speed things along when you reach out:

  • A sentence or two describing the problem in your own words.
  • The make and model of the device, if you know it (otherwise, no worries).
  • What you were doing when the issue started, and whether it's intermittent or constant.
  • Whether the device is usable at all — boots, shows a screen, makes unusual noises.
  • Your general availability for pickup & drop-off within the week.
